Almost one in five (18%) Spanish homes are discontent with the pay-TV services they receive.
This, according to the CNMC Household Panel for Q2 2019, compares to 17.5% for electricity and 17.2% for fixed broadband services.
Meanwhile, mobile telecom services have the the best user ratings, with only around 11% of homes expressing their disapproval.
The main reason for discontent is high prices, especially in the case of gas and electricity services.
At the same time, fixed broadband accountred for the most complaints, though the figure of 15% of households was down from 17% last year.
