Dutch telco KPN saw its IPTV customer base decline by 2,000 in the third quarter.
The operator also saw its broadband subscribers fall by 17,000. It’s attributing both sets of losses to the integration of the Telfort brand and the ending of customer acquisitions at the lower end of the market.
DTT pay service Digitenne also saw subscriber losses.
KPN currently has an installed base of 2,340,000 TV households.
