The Lithuanian Radio and Television Commission (LRTK) has awarded a DTT licence for the south east of the country.
According to the regulator, it has been granted to Inno LT, which was the only participant in a tender and submitted its bid on July 3.
FMT TV, the channel distributed by Inno LT, will be available in Vilnius, Salcininkai and Svencionys and offer subtitles with its programming.
Inno LT plans to launch FMT TV within 180 days of receiving the licence.
