The Ukrainian regulator National Council has added Megogo Live to the list of foreign channels allowed to be distributed in the country.
This follows the award of a licence to the channel, valid until May 15, 2029, by the Latvia’s National Council of Electronic Media.
In a statement, the Ukrainian regulator says it analysed Megogo Live’s content and found that the entertainment-based channel broadcast 24 hours a day in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
There was no advertising or other commercial information, and nor did it carry pornography.
