SRF 1 HD and SRF 2 HD leave simpliTV

July 24, 2019 13.34 Europe/London By Jörn Krieger

Swiss public TV channels SRF 1 HD and SRF 2 HD can no longer be received on Austrian DVB-T2 platform simpliTV.

The reason is the withdrawal of Swiss public broadcaster SRG from digital terrestrial television.

For subscribers of simpliTV’s Antenne Plus package, two public German TV channels have been added as replacements: One (ARD) and NDR Fernsehen. There was a lot of customer interest in these two channels, according to simpliTV.
