Darcey will work with MTM to advise and support clients across the pay-TV, telecoms, media and sports industries, bringing over 25 years of senior experience to MTM’s team.

Darcey spent 15 years at Sky first as director of strategy and then COO, a period thatv saw the launch of personal video recorder Sky+ and addressable advertising solution Sky AdSmart.

Since leaving News UK, Darcey has worked with Comcast during the firm’s acquisition of Sky. He is also a non-executive director for transmission company Arqiva.
