The Ukrainian DTH platform Xtra TV will make far-reaching changes to its programme offer on July 1.
They will see the introduction of four new packages, namely Xtra National, consisting of 28 TV channels and costing UAH39 (€1.3) a month; Xtra Start, 59 channels for UAH69 a month; Xtra Comfort, 71 channels for UAH109 a month; and Xtra Maximum, 77 channels for UAH189 a month.
The company also says that although the channel line-up of its TV1000 Premium HD package will remain unchanged it is being forced to increase its price to UAH69 a month.
At the same time, both the content and cost of its Football package will remain unchanged.
Xtra TV is operated by Media Group Ukraine (MGU), one of the country’s leading media companies.
