Dominika Stepinska-Duch has joined TVN Discovery Polska as a member of the management board responsible for the company’s legal division, effective September 1.
Commenting on her appointment, Piotr Korycki, president of the management board of TVN Discovery Polska, said: “I am glad that Dominika joins our team at a time when fundamental changes are taking place in the media market. Thanks to that, she will participate with us in an interesting transformation process of our industry and company, and we will benefit from her extensive legal experience. Stepinska-Duch has nearly 20 years experience in such areas as the construction, implementation and monitoring of compliance procedures.
She has worked for international corporations and leading Polish companies and for the last four years was the partner heading the Penal Business Practice at the Raczkowski Paruch law firm.
