Christian family channel Bibel TV has launched a subscription-based video-on-demand service (SVOD) in Germany.
For €7.99 per month yesflix offers non-violent and family-friendly films and series that underline and support Christian values. The offer initially covers the categories family, drama, romance, comedy and documentary.
The service can be accessed via the website www.yesflix.de as well as apps for smartphones and tablets. A smart TV app is being planned.
Technically, the on-demand service is based on the JetEngage white label platform, which was developed for the utilisation and commercialisation of digital media content.
