Telekom Romania posted the highest net losses and largest debts among the country’s leading telcos in 2018.
Quoting figures lodged with the Ministry of Finance, Ziarul Financiar reports that the company had a turnover of RON4.7 billion (€1 billion) in 2018.
At the same time, it had net losses of RON784.5 million and total debts of RON6.2 billion.
Although Telekom Romania’s losses were 40% lower than in the previous year, they remain the largest in the Romanian telco industry.
Furthermore, its debts were higher than those of RCS&RDS, which amounted to RON5.4 billion in 2018.
