Nikita Orlov has been appointed CFO of Russia’s MegaFon.
In a statement, MegaFon says that he has broad managerial experience in finance and treasury, having worked as a top manager in major Russian companies, investment banks and financial institutions.
It adds that Orlov will be responsible for financial and management accounting and reporting, investments, budgeting, corporate finance and risk management.
After the relevant procedures, Orlov will also join MegaFon’s board.
Commenting on the appointment, MegaFom CEO Gevorg Vermishyan said: “We are delighted to welcome Nikita to MegaFon.
