Red Bee joins the European Metadata Group

The European Metadata Group has announced Red Bee Media as a new member.

Together with the founding members Bindinc (the Netherlands), Plurimedia (France) and media press SA (Poland), The European Metadata Group now counts 19 members and associate members, representing TV metadata operators in their respective countries.

Georg Mueller-Loeffelholz, Chief Portfolio Officer, Data Services, Red Bee Media: “Entering The European Metadata Group marks an important move for Red Bee Media in contributing and driving change in the European metadata landscape. With more than 20 years of experience, Red Bee Media is a leading force in defining standards and continuously taking metadata quality to new levels across Europe, particularly in the UK and the Nordics. TEMDG provides a highly welcomed venue for
knowledge sharing and we are looking forward to further align and consolidate standards, processes and technologies for the benefit of customers and partners.
