Major upgrade by Serbia Broadband

May 16, 2019 06.27 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Serbia Broadband (SBB) has announced a number of far-reaching changes to its offer.

It has also revealed plans to invest over €300 million on the development of the largest fibre-optic network in Serbia, the Eon platform and new advanced services in the next five years.

Cable internet users of SBB’s Duo and Trio Silver and Gold packages will be able to enjoy download speeds ranging from 50Mbps to 300Mbps, with the upgrade taking place from May 15 to May 25.

Furthermore, up until August 15 it will make additional digital TV channels available to all new and existing users of SBB, Eon, D3i and the Total TV platform. This will effectively mean that they will be able to receive over 190 channels, over 60 of which are in HD, as well as access over 14,000 popular titles in the SBB Video Club.

The unlocked content will feature well-known films and series from prestigious channels and such platforms as HBO Premium, CineStar TV Premier HD, Pickbox, National Geographic+ and Hopster.

Additional attractive titles will be made available to customers who receive the Gold Extra, Gold Premium, Eon Full and Eon Premium, Total TV Maximum and Premium packages.
