The Slovak alternative telco Slovanet has acquired a 100% stake in the RealNet wireless network for an undisclosed fee.
According to Medialne, the deal, which was concluded earlier this month, gives Slovanet control of the companies RealNet, ADC Net DS, DKD Plus, Euronet, Globalnet and Renet.
It adds that the RealNet network was established in 2000 and has both its HQ and customer care centre in Dunajska Streda.
It currently has 2,700 customers, mots of who are residential.
Slovanet, which includes TV services in its offer, has acquired almost two dozen smaller companies since 20007.
