Vodafone Hungary’s chairman György Beck will step down when his mandate expires on April 30.
Amanda Nelson, currently the CEO, will assume the role of chairman-CEO on May 1. At the same time, the deputy CEO Gergö Budai will remain in post and at the same time become vice chairman of the board.
Beck joined Vodafone Hungary in 2007 as CEO and held the position until 2011.
He was also the chairman-CEO between 2009-11 and the chairman of Vodafone Hungary’s board of directors from 2011 until the present.
