German music TV channel Deutsches Musik Fernsehen is now also available in HD quality on the cable network of Vodafone Deutschland.
Like the HD versions of almost all commercial TV channels, the signal is encrypted and only accessible with a smartcard. The unencrypted free-to-air distribution in SD resolution continues to be offered in parallel on Vodafone’s German cable network.
Deutsches Musik Fernsehen is also available in HD quality as an app on Amazon Fire TV. The Fire TV app and the livestream are free of charge.
