William Linders joins The ODMedia Group

April 4, 2019 12.21 Europe/London By Robert Briel

William Linders becomes partner and CCO at the Dutch ODMedia Group.

In his career, William has had a number of senior management roles at KPN, Endemol International and Foxmobile. In recent years he was responsible for Content & Programming at VodafoneZiggo including distribution deals with channels and major studios, the SVOD and premium packaging and content operations.

William Linders: “I have experienced first hand how media consumption has changed in recent years. Due to the irreversible trend of on-demand viewing, the rise of new global distribution platforms and the growth of premium video content, there are great opportunities for The ODMedia Group to grow further internationally. We have a great team and I am really looking forward to helping with further expansion.”

Sjef Pijnenburg, CEO ODMedia Group: “I have known William for almost 20 years and am extremely pleased to have him on board. Our rapid growth and strategic plans for global rollout can only be managed successfully with key professionals like William.”

The ODMedia Group is a provider of digital media services and has strategic partnerships with all global OTT platforms.
ODMedia, the media-processing division, regularly delivers content to over a 1,000 operators around the world, with services including encoding, managed OTT services, timed text creation, editing, IMF and DCP mastering. Besides digital delivery services, ODMedia is active in the world of aggregation through DoCo Digital, copyright management and anti-piracy through Expoza and key-art design through Deck40.
