The Croatian telco Optima Telekom has made a number of changes to its management board.
Poslovni reports that these will see the mandate of Irene Domjanovic, representing sales and marketing (CMO) on the board, expire on April 1.
She has held the position since 2015 and will now pursue her career away from the company.
Meanwhile, Tomislav Grmek has been appointed a new member of the Technical Directorate (CTO) on the board for for a two-year term, effective April 2.
Grmek has until now been the director of the department for development and management of telecommunication systems at Optima Telekom.
With these changes, the management Board of Optima Telekom is now comprised of the president Boris Batelic, Tomislav Grmek and Tomislav Tadic, the board member representing finance.
