Serghei Bulgac, the CEO and executive director of Digi Communications, has sold a total of x shares in the company since the beginning of this month.
In two separate announcements, Digi says that the first batch consisted of 75,123 class B shares and the second of 2,388 class B shares. Ziarul Financiar estimates the total value of the sold shares to be RON2 million (€420,700).
Digi is a leading provider of pay-TV services in Romania (RCS&RDS) and also has a strong presence in neighbouring Hungary.
