German pay-TV broadcaster Sky Deutschland has recently introduced Sky’s addressable TV solution Sky AdSmart.
The solution enables advertisers to target Sky viewers with individual, profile-matching advertising.
Sky Deutschland’s marketing subsidiary Sky Media offers advertising customers numerous attributes (geo-structure, socio-demographic, psychographic, mobility, housing situation, interests) for the selection of target groups.
Predefined segments such as ‘Techies’, ‘Families’ or ‘Smart Shoppers’ are also available.
The real, factual data on the subscriber is enriched with data from marketing service provider Acxiom.
