German pay-TV broadcaster Sky Deutschland will introduce the eighth season of Game of Thrones with its own pop-up channel.
Sky Atlantic HD will become Sky Atlantic Thrones HD from April 8 to 15, 2019 and will show a complete season of the US fantasy series as well as various specials every day.
The eighth and final season of Game of Thrones will start in the night from April 14 to 15 on HBO in the US and simultaneously in Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland on Sky Deutschland. The first episode will be available around 03.00 CET on Sky Ticket, Sky Go and Sky Q, both in the English original and in the dubbed German-language version.
Sky Atlantic Thrones HD will broadcast the first episode of the eighth season on April 15 at 20.15 CET.
