Telekom Srbija-backed Mtel has acquired a 100% stake in the Bosnian operator Telrad Net.
In a statement, Mtel says that the acquisition of Telrad Net, which is based in Bijeljina, is part of a strategic plan geared towards positioning the company as a regional leader in telecommunications.
Telrad Net offers its customers fixed telephony, VoIP, IP telephony, cable TV and cable internet services.
Mtel is 65% owned by Telekom Srbija and no financial details of the transaction have been disclosed in the statement.
