Serbia’s Commission for the Protection of Competition (KZK) has approved the acquisition of a 100% stake in the Belgrade-based cable operator Masko by Telekom Srbija.
According to b92, quoting the KZK, Masko has until now been owned by Momcilo Djuricic.
It adds that the operator provides triple player services solely in the Serbian capital and had an income of around RSD90 million (€760,000) in 2017.
Telekom Srbija embarked on an acquisition spree last year and its goal is to attain one million customers for its TV and internet services.
