DAZN introduces MultiView feature

A new feature on sports streaming service DAZN will allow subscribers to watch up to four events on a single screen.

MultiView is being brought in on Apple TV devices for all live and on demand coverage.

To activate the feature, users simply long press using the Apple TV remote and select multiple videos to watch at the same time.

MultiView is currently available on fourth and fifth generation Apple TV devices to all DAZN subscribers in the United States, Canada, Japan, Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It will also be available in Spain and Brazil when DAZN goes live in those markets.

Ben Lavender, DAZN’s Chief Product Officer, said: “DAZN is paving the way to a whole new sport watching experience. Compared to traditional linear TV, DAZN users now have the ability watch two, three or four games at once with a few clicks – it’s a game changer. The ‘MultiView’ function means fans never need miss a second of their favourite sports.”

DAZN will enter the Spanish market with exclusive broadcast rights to stream MotoGP, Premier League and EuroLeague basketball. In Brazil, DAZN has secured rights to Copa Sudamericana, Serie A TIM and Ligue 1.
