German TV streaming service waipu.tv is now available as an app on smart TV sets from Samsung.
On all devices from the year 2017 onwards, waipu.tv can be accessed and installed via the Samsung Smart Hub. Within the Smart TV app, users can navigate through the live TV channels via remote control, call up the programme guide, set, select and play recordings, fast-forward and rewind, and display programme details at the touch of a button.
The smartphone image can be transferred to the TV set via the waipu.tv Android app for smartphones by a wiping gesture.
At the same time, waipu.tv is launching a special promotion for customers of its competitor Magine TV, which is closing its service on February 28, 2019. They can access the Perfect package free of charge for three months. The promotion (pictured) runs until March 10 at www.waipu.tv/wechselaktion.
