Stefan Langefeld, chairman of the management board of German media company Pantaflix AG, has resigned from the management board in agreement with the supervisory board as of the end of the current month.
Nicolas Paalzow will remain the sole member of the management board for the time being. Langefeld, who previously worked at Apple, has been the COO of Pantaflix AG since May 1, 2017 and has also acted as the CEO and chairman of the management board since April 22, 2018.
The supervisory board thanks Langefeld for his commitment and the work performed, according to a statement. Do details were given on the reasons for his departure.
The company previously known as Pantaleon Entertainment operates global video-on-demand platform Pantaflix.
