Stanislav Georgiev has resigned his position at A1 Group and will leave the company on January 31.
He will be succeeded by Elena Petrova, contactable on elena.petrova@a1.group, as leader of the A1 Broadcasting team. The team will also continue to be reachable on sat@a1.group.
In a note, Georgiev says: “I have had 13 fantastic years at A1 Group (formerly mobilkom austria group services and Telekom Austria Group) and leave it with the feelings of appreciation, content and gratitude for having had the opportunities to meet and work with so many great people, to advance my career at such a high pace and to deliver on so many projects in such diverse domains as IT, fix-mobile convergence, M2M, business sales, wholesale, and most recently content, media and broadcast”.
He adds: “I have decided to advance my career in the industry of digital entertainment, content and media in a more independent manner. I will be happy to maintain my relationship with each one of you and hopefully we meet again or even work together again in some other capacity.
