Federico Colom is to become the new CEO of Orange Slovakia, effective May 1, 2019.
According to several media sources in both Slovakia and the Czech Republic, he will replace Pavol Lancaric, who after 20 years in the post has decided to accept the offer to become the new chairman of the supervisory board of Orange Slovakia.
In his new role, Lancaric, will oversee Orange’s activities in Central Europe, including Slovakia. Colom is currently VP and CFO of Orange Group in France.
In other changes, Bruno Duthoit, currently the chairman of Orange Slovakia’s supervisory board, will leave the board.
