Telekom Romania has simplified its offer to residential customers, which now includes Netflix free of charge for six months.
TV and fixed internet services now start at €5 a month each, with the former including 111 digital channels, of which 26 are in HD, and the Telekom Sport+ package free for two months, and latter internet access at up to 1,000 Mbps. A more comprehensive TV and broadband offer costs €8 a month, and in both instances Netflix is included free of charge for six months.
Samsung smartphones, along with free Netflix for six months, are also being offered to fixed/mobile customers, starting at €5 a month.
Commenting on the offer and quoted by Business Review, Andreas Elsner, CCO, residential segment, Telekom Romania, said: “The new business model is based on customer experience, which over the past years has remodelled the way companies develop their strategy. The new client demands diversified content anywhere, anytime, on multiple screens, and easy to understand commercial offers. Today’s customers want to trust the brands they are working with, and Telekom, through its new business strategy, is trying to recalibrate the client-company relationship on the Romanian market”.
