Ukrtelekom’s FTTB networks now reach over 150 settlements in all parts of Ukraine.
As a result, says the incumbent, new fibre connections are constantly growing. In September, for instance, there was a 20% increase among home users. Ukrtelekom says that it has been building FTTB networks for the past two years and 58 towns and cities that have until now used ADSL can connect to the new networks.
All told, Ukrtelekom currently has 1.38 million subscribers in almost 2,230 settlements in Ukraine.
Its revenues from internet services provided to private users amounted to almost UAH330 million (€10.26 million) in Q3, or 7.4% more than in the same period in 2017.
