Norway’s Altibox has the country’s most satisfied television and broadband customers for the ninth successive year.
ESPI Norway questioned 2,400 Norwegians with Altibox customers scoring the IPTV operator 70 points on television, 67.9 points on broadband and 73.1 points on broadband in the corporate market
“Altibox has been successful in further developing its TV solution over the past year, now offering the most popular service. Stability and ease of use are good, and the 70-point score is among the best measured in television distribution, said Fredrik Høst, CEO, EPSI Rating Norway.
The average score for customer satisfaction among TV providers was 65.1, while Altibox gained 70 points.
“It is very gratifying that we get the clear and positive response from the TV customers. Altibox has worked hard to develop the TV experience from “old-fashioned television” with fixed times and fixed channels to an entertainment experience that really allows the customer to become the leader of the content,” said Toril Nag, Chairman of Altibox, and Group Executive Vice President of the Lyse Group, which owns Altibox and a number of partners.
Amongst Norway’s broadband providers, Altibox also finishes on ahead of Telenor and its sister company Canal Digital. Altibox gets a score score of 67.9, which is 3.1 points higher than the average.
Within business broadband, Altibox partners have the highest customer satisfaction. The average is 68.3 points, while Altibox climbs 1.2 points from 2017 to score 73.1.
