Poland’s 4fun Media has acquired Mustache Warsaw, whose interests include the online shopping site mustache.pl.
Quoting a company release, Wirtualne Media reports that 4fun Media paid PLN491,000 (€114,000) for the company.
More significantly, it now expects to earn a minimum of PLN15 million in e-commerce activities in 2019.
This also follows the acquisition of several other online shopping companies in recent months including CupSell and naEkranie.pl.
4fun Media’s main activities are focused on thematic TV channels, including 4fun.TV, 4fun dance and Gold Hits.
It also produces content, creates second screen type technological solution, distributes thematic TV channels and multimedia content in different formats and is both the first hybrid ad agency and largest digital signage network in Poland.
