During the third quarter, Dutch incumbent KPN, has lost around 2,000 TV customers due to continued losses of its DTT service Digitenne.
The operator continues to add new subscribers to its Interactive TV platform, now service 2.146 million homes. However, due to losses of its DTT service the total number of TV homes served by KPN is now 2.367 million, down 2K from the previous quarter.
In Q3 2018, KPN launched a tailored advertising pilot with Talpa Network to further optimise and personalise its services to customers.
