Gevork Vermishian is to become the new general director and CEO at Russia’s MegaFon.
Currently its executive director, he will replace Sergey Soldatenkov, who has decided to leave the company before the expiration of his contract in 2019.
A general shareholders’ meeting will be held on November 13 to approve Vermishian’s appointment.
Vermishian joined MegaFon in July 2011 as its CFO and became its executive director in November 2017.
He has been a member of the management board since November 2011.
