M7 Group has appointed Mertijn de Nooijer as OTT Director Europe effective 1 October 2018.
De Nooijer joins M7 Group from Discovery, where he left his Distribution & Business Development role for Discovery in Western Europe and the Nordics earlier this year. He will report to Stefano Colombo, VP Content at M7.
The appointment of Mertijn de Nooijer confirms M7’s ambition to further strengthen its hybrid TV proposition, combining the benefits of linear television viewing with the growing consumer demand for an interactive and on-demand content offering via OTT.
