The Russian cable operator Akado has seen a change in ownership structure, with its parent company Renova acquiring an additional 9.99% in Renova Aktiv.
As a result, reports Comnews, Renova now owns 99.99% of Renova Aktiv, the sole shareholder in Akado Holding.
Akado Holding in turn owns Comcor (Akado Telekom), one of the leading telcos operating in the Moscow and environs.
The remaining 0.01% of Renova Aktiv is held by Klok.
Akado has gradually reduced its presence in the market, having sold its assets in St Petersburg and Ekaterinburg to ER-Telecom.
It has previously attracted the interest of Rostelecom and some analysts believe it is being prepared for a possible sale.
