Dr Eric Kuisch, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Vodafone Deutschland, will leave the company after five years in the first half of 2019 to pursue new career opportunities.
A decision on his successor is to be made in due course.
At the same time, Vodafone Deutschland announced that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Dr Andreas Siemen will leave the company on October 31, 2018 to take on new responsibilities outside the group.
Anna Dimitrova, currently director of strategy & innovation at Vodafone Deutschland, will succeed Siemen on November 1, 2018. Siemen is to remain associated with Vodafone Deutschland through a proposed mandate on the supervisory board after his departure.
