Video – Media Distillery: AI optimising Telenet catchup

September 26, 2018 13.22 Europe/London By Julian Clover

Roland Sars, CEO, Media Distillery and Dimme Pleysier, senior product manager, Telenet tell Julian Clover how AI is being used to optimise the viewing experience for customers on the Telenet network in Flanders. The Media Distillery technology helps counter scheduling issues that mean catch-up services miss the start of shows. It’s able to ascertain the correct start time within seconds.
