Telekom Slovenije has reached a court settlement with the alternative telco T-2.
In a statement, the incumbent says it relates to the payment of €129,556,756 with interest and other charges, as well as open relations with one another.
It adds that the companies “are now free of any obligations towards each other arising from this case and related to the disputed mutual relations”. At the same time, it refuses to releases any details of the signed settlement.
Recent local reports have said that Telekom Slovenije agreed to pay €50 million to T-2 to settle the dispute between the two parties.
The dispute, which began in 2007, was over Telekom Slovenije allegedly abusing its dominant market position.
