Comcast has set a new deadline for its offer to take control of Sky.
Comcast’s bid of £14.75 per Sky share will now remain open until early October.
It’s the second extension to the £25.9 billion offer.
On Wednesday the US cablenet said it had received acceptances equivalent to 0.29% of Sky.
