The Czech actress and popular presenter TV and radio Adela Gondikova has been named as the ambassador for Skylink.
From the beginning of September she will sit for the first time in the Skylink satellite and internet TV newsroom.
Commenting on the development, Jaromir Glisnik, member of the board at M7 Group, said: We are very pleased to be able to introduce a new show to the audience with a new face. Adela has hasd Skylink herself for many years now, so does not have to solve the end of DVB-T broadcasting. On the contrary, she can pass on her own experience to our customers and explain to them all the benefits that satellite broadcasts have”.
Skylink is owned by M7 Group and the leading DTH operator in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, claiming a combined total of over 1.5 million customers in the two countries.
The Czech Republic is currently undergoing the transition to the DVB-T2 standard in terresttrial broadcasting and Skylink reports on the lives of ordinary people who are dealing with process.
