Fragiski Melissa has been appointed the head of human resources and a member of the executive team at Vodafone Romania.
Currently the human resources manager at Vodafone Greece, she will take up her new role on September 3, reporting to Murielle Lorilloux, the CEO of Vodafone Romania.
Melissa will replace Florin Petrescu, who has decided to leave Vodafone Romania at the end of September, when his mandate finishes.
Prior to joining Vodafone, Melissa worked as the regional human resources manager for Colgate-Palmolive Greece, which also covered Romania. Before this, she held various management positions at Makro Cash & Carry Greece and KPMG International.
Commenting on the appointment, Lorilloux said: “I would like to thank Florin for his contribution, given that he has played a decisive role in positioning Vodafone as the best employer on the Romanian telecoms market and one of the best jobs in Romania.
