Movistar has announced plans to launch a dedicated sports channel.
#Vamos will run acquired and its own content including Wimbeldon, MotoGP, Formula 1, the Professional Football League, the Champions League and UEFA Europa League.
Locally, the Telefonica-owned operation has rights to La Liga Endesa , Copa del Rey and Supercopa Endesa for the next three years.
The channel is expected to make its debut in September.
