The Serbian regional broadcaster RTV Kanal M has undergone a change of ownership.
According to B92, it has been sold by Dejan Mihajlovic to an entrepreneur named Radoica Milosavljevic, who has been gradually building up a portfolio of TV assets.
RTV Kanal M is based in the town of Paracin in central Serbia and launched its TV service in 1997.
The service is distributed terrestrially and via cable. It also cooperates programmatically with TV stations in Vojvodina, western and southern Serbia, as well as Belgrade.
