The number of subscribers in Poland receiving bundled services grew by almost a third (29%) in 2017, according to the country’s Office of Electronic Communications (UKE).
Its latest annual report on the telco market in Poland says that the number stood at 10.15 million at the end of last year, up from 7.86 million in 2017 and almost treble the 3.75 million recorded in 2014.
Mobile telephony and mobile internet was the most popular package, being received by over 60% of users, or six percentage points more than a year earlier.
The second most popular was fixed internet and TV (11%) and third fixed telephony, fixed internet and TV (7.2%).
Double play was the most popular bundled package (82%), followed by triple play (13.9%), quadruple play (4%) and quintuple play (0.1%).
The bundled market was worth PLN4.72 million (€1.08 million) in 2017, or over double the PLN2.08 million a year earlier, while ARPU was PLN38.76 million, or PLN0.6 less than in 2016.
