Professor Wolfram Winter, the former head of communication at Sky Deutschland, will become executive board member of Heller & Partner Marketing Services from July 1, 2018.
“I am very pleased that in Wolfram Winter we are winning a colleague whose competence and experience is greatly appreciated and who will help us successfully continuing our growth strategy,” said Professor Dr Stephan Heller, owner and CEO of Heller & Partner.
The Munich-based company founded 37 years ago by Heller currently advises more than 100 clients from all areas of the economy with a focus on consulting and communication.
Winter will be responsible for public relations, reputation communication, new business and staff development with a strong focus on winning new customers.
“It is a challenge and honour at the same time to work together with Stephan Heller,” said Winter. “The Heller & Partner platform is excellently positioned with its team to meet the digital challenges and has exceptional advisory skills which I am now pleased to expand.”
As the head of communication, Winter had been a member of the executive management board of German pay-TV broadcaster Sky Deutschland for seven years until his departure in July 2017. Previously, he was managing director of NBC Universal Global Networks Deutschland and managing partner of Premiere Star.
Winter also teaches as a honorary professor at the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences and heads the Committee for Media Policy of the Bavarian Economic Advisory Council.
Earlier this year, Winter acquired a 15% stake in German movie production company Pictures in a Frame and became chairman of the company’s shareholders’ meeting.
