A new 24-hour live TV channel focused on the lives of animals in rescue centres, parks and zoos has been launched in Slovakia.
Aimed at viewers of all ages, Park TV is operated by MP-Media Production, which secured a worldwide licence for the channel from the Slovak Broadcasting and Retransmission Council (RRTV) in September 2017.
In Slovakia and the Czech Republic, Park TV will be broadcast as part of paid services on cable, IPTV, MMDS, DTH and DTT.
Its licence also allows it to offer such additional services as HbbTV and EPG.
