German IPTV platform waipu.tv can now also be used through a browser on the PC or laptop.
Special apps for Android and Amazon Fire TV tablets have also been deployed.
“Many customers have asked for the use of waipu.tv via PC and notebook. With the extension of the device basis we do not only increase our technical reach, we also offer our customers the possibility of a more individual and situation-independent TV consumption,” said Bettina Bellmer, COO of operating group Exaring.
According to the company, further technical extensions of the platform are planned for this year in the area of Smart TV and Apple TV.
