The Romanian DTH platform Focus Sat has posted a spectacular reduction in its losses.
According to ZF, quoting data published by the Ministry of Finance, they amounted to RON 4.1 million (€0.9 million) in 2017, or 78.6% less than the previous year.
It adds that this was the lowest loss by since 2005.
At the same time, Focus Sat saw its turnover grow by 5.6% to RON95.4 million in 2017.
Focus Sat is owned by Liberty Global and one of the longest established DTH platforms in Romania, having made its full debut in 2005.
