Serbia Broadband (SBB) has announced the completion of the technical and service integration process with the cable operator Ikom.
In a statement, it adds that from July 1 its increased monthly maintenance fee of RSD1,395 (€11.78) will apply to subscribers who have concluded an agreement with Ikom. However, there will be a transitional discount for customers in a number of locations until the end of this year.
Ikom subscribers will now also be offered the same digital packages, namely D3 Start and D3 Hit, as those of SBB.
As previously reported by Broadband TV News, SBB acquired Ikom for an undisclosed fee in September 2016.
Earlier this year, an investigation was launched to determine if SBB abused its dominant market position following an increase in its monthly maintenance fee to RSD1,395.
